New to GBC
If there is a reason that GBC isn’t the right church for you, we want you to know that now. Likewise, we want to remove as many questions and assumptions as we can. If there are any questions left unanswered, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The service starts at 10:15 AM, Equipping Hour at 9:00am. We are located at the northwest corner of Priest Dr. and Elliot Rd. at 7440 S Priest Dr, Tempe, AZ 85283.
Our Sunday service includes worship through music, the reading of Scripture, the Lord’s Supper, and verse-by-verse exposition of the Bible.
If you are newer to the church, Discover GBC is a great place to enjoy some light refreshments, learn more about what the church believes as well as interact with an elder, if you have more specific questions. Meetings are hosted at GBC from 9:00am-10:00am. Future Discover GBC’s will take place approximately on a monthly basis. For the next meeting’s date, please view our online calendar. If you have any questions, please contact the church office (email@example.com).
Body life at GBC flows out of the teaching and preaching of God’s Word and the ministry of the smallgroups. Getting to know other saints in the ministry, and having access to know and be known by an elder happen most readily in the smallgroup setting. Obedience to Christ requires Christians to love one another and live together in community. By making smallgroups a priority for your family, elder care can more effectively be extended to the whole church. You will be better cared for and better able to care for others. Build and Wellspring are intended for every man and woman at GBC to introduce the foundational convictions that the elders desire every believer in the church to embrace. If you have not taken Build or Wellspring yet, please make this a priority. Build and Wellspring begin each September.
Kids at GBC
We offer childcare for the entire service for infants through age 2. All other children through second grade participate with the adults in the first portion of the service (music and Lord’s Supper), then go to their own classes during the sermon where they will be taught from God’s Word with a focus on the gospel. We call these courses, Next Generation Ministries as they are designed to train up a faithful next generation.
Those in junior high and high school remain in the main service in the morning, and have their own Student Ministries gathering every other Sunday evening on campus.
Equipping Hour is a Sunday morning class designed to equip believers in a wide variety of topics including the Bible, missions, counseling, theology, and many more. Equipping Hour classes run from 9 AM to 10 AM every Sunday.
Have a comment, prayer request, a question about our church, and/or want to let us know more about yourself and how you can get more involved? Fill out our online Comment Card and we'll be in touch as soon as we can.
We encourage regular attenders of GBC to pursue formal membership as soon as they are able. Membership is an important way to demonstrate commitment to the church, affirmation of our doctrine, and submission to the leadership. The best way to discover if membership is for you is to sign up for the membership class. Email us to let us know you’re interested in taking the next course
The ministries at Grace Bible Church exist to further our gospel mission by equipping the church to better draw in the lost, build up our body, and be sent out into the world with the good news of the gospel.
