Costumed Gathering This Friday @6pm & Student Ministries Update

Dear Parents,
You may have heard that all of Student Ministries is invited to a costumed hangout on October 31, starting at 6:00 pm at the Yates' driveway. If you're able, please bring finger foods to share and candy to pass out. Parents are encouraged to stay and enjoy fellowship as well.
On Sunday night, Student Ministries primarily focused on breakout discussion groups. In these groups, students learned about the person of Jesus Christ as both fully God and fully man. Our discussion guide and related verses came from Chapter 4 of Fundamentals of the Faith. You can download the guide here: Download Discussion Guide. Included are verses and questions designed specifically for follow-up discussions at home with parents.
We will continue working through Fundamentals of the Faith throughout this year in Student Ministries. I strongly encourage your family to engage with this material at home as well if you haven't already started. The workbook will be featured as November's book of the month and can be obtained at the booktable.

I look forward to seeing many of you this Friday evening at 6 at the Yates' home. Then on Sunday, as usual, we will meet from 6:00-7:30 pm.
