Mom’s Group Mom’s Group meets on non-Wellspring Wednesdays from 10:00am-12:00pm at valley parks, splash pads, and local homes. We have a monthly discussion on practical parenting topics. Moms with kids of all ages are welcome. This is also a great opportunity for older moms to pour wisdom and encouragement into newer moms! Helping Hands Helping Hands is our ministry that provides meals when those in our body are in a time of need. The purpose of this ministry is to practically and physically live out the “one anothers” of the Bible: caring for one another and bearing one another’s burdens. Spanish Ministry Speak Spanish? Learning Spanish? Join us on the third Sunday of every month for a couple of hours after service for a time of fellowship and ministry in Spanish. RSVP or direct questions to Jacob Hantla ([email protected]).
Counseling Training Association of Certified Biblical Counselors exists to equip you to minister the Bible faithfully to those around you who are in need of God’s truth. ACBC offers a comprehensive biblical counseling certification program that is rigorous but attainable. Book of the Month The elders are happy to recommend Paul Shirley’s The Christian Home as book of the month; we hope many spend the time to read this short book this May. It offers biblical direction on strengthening marriage and parenting and church involvement through practical instruction from Ephesians 5:22–6:4. This brief and encouraging book is extremely practical and helpful. Copies available at the booktable for $11.
