Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner
We will be having a Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner on November 3. The dinner will be at 6:00pm at each host’s house followed by fellowship and dessert. If you would like to be a host or a guest please register at www.gbcaz.org/events. Next Sunday is the last week to register. If you have questions, contact the church office (email@example.com).
Lost and Found
If you are missing a Bible or other items, please see the lost and found area near the InfoTable. Items unclaimed by Sunday, October 28 will be donated. If you have any questions, please contact the church office (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Grace Bible Church will be offering an 11-week premarital class beginning late November. Completion of this class is a prerequisite for anyone being married by GBC staff and it’s a great way to start your lives together with a strong biblical foundation. Interested? Please contact Denny Pagel (email@example.com).
If you are interested in learning about baptism or interested in being baptized, please register for the baptism class. The classes will run November 18 and December 2, before church from 8:15am-9:45am. Please register online at www.gbcaz.org/events. If you have any questions, please contact the church office (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Grace Bible Church is now housing a food pantry on campus. The food pantry is intended to help meet benevolence needs of those within our church body as well as, at times, those outside of our church. If you are in need or would like more information about the food pantry please contact Jeff Hantla (480.406.9219), the deacon who oversees our benevolence needs.
Arrive Early for Coffee and Fellowship
Please join us for coffee at our CoffeeTable, next to BookTable. We serve iced and hot coffee from 9:00am- 9:45am and after the service. Please make a practice of coming to church early to enjoy coffee and fellowship and browse the books. You will have plenty of time to be in the service early to begin to prepare your heart. If you are interested in serving at the CoffeeTable ministry, please contact Omri Miles (email@example.com).
Grace Bible Church serves gluten-free wafers made from rice, safflower oil, and soy. The manufacturer conducts routine testing using the ELISA method to ensure less than 20 parts per million gluten.
Book of the Month
October’s book of the month is Sanctification by Michael Riccardi ($11). Much has been written recently on how the truths of the gospel affect change and personal holiness. Riccardi contributes to the discussion with amazing clarity and biblical balance, even capturing well Scripture’s teaching on the subject in the book’s subtitle: The Christian’s Pursuit of God-Given Holiness. Pick up a copy at the booktable, along with its accompanying reading guide.
