Ephesians 2:12-13 Remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
Hope has come to all who will repent of their sins and call upon the name of the Lord. Jesus our Savior came! He has rescued us from the domain of darkness. He is our wonderful King. And it is in this King alone that we have hope. We once were far off without hope. But now in Christ we have such a great hope. And it truly is in Christ alone. God came and dwelt with men. Jesus bore the wrath from God for all who will believe in Him. What a joy to sing of such realities! I am looking forward to doing so with you all again this Sunday!
